Eric Choueke

Now a founding partner of Choueke Hollander LLP, alongside Mtre Michael Hollander, Mtre Choueke brings his extensive experience and acumen to the table. Before this collaboration, he was the driving force behind Choueke Legal Inc. and had a significant tenure at Oiknine & Associés for a decade, starting as a law student at Université de Montreal.

Mtre Choueke's practice, which has flourished since his admission to the Quebec Bar in 2007, encompasses commercial, property, and family law, representing both corporations and individuals.

He is a seasoned litigator, having represented clients before all tiers of the Quebec court system. Understanding the unique needs and challenges of his clients is at the forefront of his practice, ensuring the delivery of exceptional advice and solutions.

Mtre Choueke is an alumnus of the John Molson School of Business, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction. His academic achievements include earning the Prix Barreau de Montreal for commercial law during his final academic year at Université de Montreal.
