Rachelle Urtnowski-Morin

Mtre Rachelle Urtnowski-Morin originally joined Choueke Legal Inc. as an articling student after successfully completing the Quebec Bar and obtaining her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Montreal. She is now an essential member of the growing Choueke Hollander LLP team.

She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2019 and has since elected to focus her practice on civil and commercial litigation as well as real estate and contract law.

Mtre Urtnowski-Morin is industrious and sharp-witted, thus enabling her to efficiently dissect her clients’ matters to find creative and practical solutions to the issues at stake.

She has proven her ability to steadfastly defend her clients’ interests by successfully representing them in front of the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court as well as the Administrative Housing Tribunal.
